This tour is my absolute favorite because it reveals a side of Bangkok that few ever see. I love guiding people through the narrow alleyways of Kudeejeen, a place where a church, a Chinese shrine, and a mosque have stood together in harmony for centuries. My favorite memory is sharing a rare, Portuguese-style cupcake from a local family with a guest right by the river. Then, escaping onto a private long-tail boat feels like entering another world. Seeing children play and families go about their day along the water is a powerful, authentic experience I am so proud to share.
Itinerary
Your day begins with a private pickup, heading to the historic Kudeejeen community. We'll take a fascinating walking tour, visiting the Chinese San Chao Kian An Keng Shrine, the Portuguese Santa Cruz Church, and the charming Baan Kudichin Museum. Afterwards, we board a private long-tail boat for an incredible 2-hour cruise through the city's canals. We'll glide past traditional wooden homes and lush greenery, stopping at the Khlong Bang Luang Artist's House to see a unique side of local life. The tour concludes with a comfortable private transfer back to your hotel.
