Terms of Service & Booking Policy

At a Glance (TL;DR)

  • Booking: Your trip is confirmed once payment is received.
  • Flexibility: We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance.
  • Safety: We are a fully licensed operator (TAT 11/10594) and prioritize your safety above all else.

1. Booking & Payment

A booking is officially confirmed once a deposit or full payment is successfully processed. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Google Pay, and Apple Pay via our secure payment gateway. All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • For Day Tours: Full refund if cancelled at least 72 hours before the tour starts.
  • For Multi-day Packages (including Accommodations): > * Cancellations made more than 45 daysbefore arrival: Full refund (minus transaction fees).
    • Cancellations made between 30–45 days: 50% refund of the total package price.
    • Cancellations made less than 30 days: Non-refundable.

Note on Third-Party Services: Some services, such as luxury hotels, private villas, or domestic flights, may have their own strict cancellation policies which will supersede ours. We will inform you of these specific terms at the time of booking.

Note on Transaction Fees: Please be advised that any third-party transaction fees (e.g., credit card processing fees, Stripe fees, or bank transfer fees) are non-refundable in all cases of cancellation.

3. Itinerary Changes & Weather

Thailand’s weather and local conditions can be unpredictable. To ensure your safety and comfort, we reserve the right to adjust itineraries if necessary. Our guides will always discuss options with you to ensure you still get the best possible experience.

4. Insurance & Liability

Siamese Travel is a fully licensed tour operator registered with the Tourism Authority of Thailand (License No. 11/10594). In accordance with Thai law, we provide basic travel accident insurance for all guests. However, we strongly recommend that all travelers maintain their own comprehensive international travel insurance for full coverage.

5. Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. We only collect necessary information to process your booking. Your personal data will never be shared, sold, or rented to third parties.
